Well. We are in Japan :-)
We landed in Tokyo after a very long flight. Our connector to Osaka leaves in just a few minutes. Everyone is fine - but very tired.
We will meet our host families later this evening.
After a long rest tonight, we will gather for a Welcoming Party on Weds.
Again, everyone is fine - excited, & tired.
I'll write more in the morning and post a photo or two :-)

We imagine you all are tired, but amazed: the interesting food at the airport Kiosks; the cueing behaviors; the relative noise level of the crowds; the airport signs, etc. And, today is "jet-lag" day...What a special opportunity, and with such a special group of people!
